Natural Process 

The coffee cherry is washed of dirt and debri from the farm, and transported directly to the drying patio. Coffee then remains inside the fruit skin for the entire drying process. 

Average drying time: 12-14 days 
 

Pulp Natural Process 

Pulp Natural

The coffee cherry is washed, and then depulped. It is then transported directly to the drying patios. Coffee is dried with the layer of sugary mucilage remaining on the seed. 

Average drying time: 10-12 days.

 


Semi Washed Process 

Semi Washed Process 

The coffee cherry is washed and depulped. It is then transported to a machine that uses water at high pressure to wash the mucilage from the parchment layer of the coffee bean. Wet parchment is then spread on the patios to dry. 

Average drying time: 8-10 days

Full Washed (Fermentation) Process 

Full Washed (Fermentation) Process 

Coffee cherries are washed and depulped. The parchment coffee is then submerged in water for 16-24 hours, and the mucilage layer broken down and washed off the bean. Beans are then rinsed and spread on the patios to dry. 

Average drying time 7-10 days.
