We took a short break to get things rolling and tuned in at the lab and dry mill, however, are excited to get back to our posting and updates at the start of a new year.
Closing out December and 2012, were the departures of our first two containers of the harvest, bound for Sydney and Seattle. Meanwhile, the wet mill and patios pass 210 batches so far this harvest, and the new dry mill continues to turn out some incredibly clean coffee, ready for export.
We eagerly anticipate everything in store for this harvest, from quality coffee to each of you planning to visit El Manzano.
